At The Falmouth Hotel, we do all that we can to cater for the individual needs of our guests. Our staff provide every possible assistance. There is disabled parking outside the front of the hotel and moveable ramps for wheelchair access.

All of our rooms are located on the first, second, third and fourth floor, with lift access close to our reception area. Our Castle View lounge, bar and restaurant is located on the ground floor. Our spa and leisure club facilities can be found on the lower ground floor, accessed by the lift.

There is a full wheelchair user / disabled toilet on the ground floor.

Our Executive Chef Nick, Head Chef Chris, and their kitchen team always have a range of items in stock for special dietary requirements and are happy to help any guests with special dietary requirements or with food allergies such as Celiacs / Coeliacs, gluten or dairy allergy etc. Please let us know at the time of booking that you will require a special diet, and we will inform the kitchen.

We have free WiFi throughout the hotel.
