Celebrate the flavours of Cornwall this spring with a thoughtfully curated evening of seasonal dining and wine pairings in the elegant surroundings of our Castle View Restaurant. Arrive from 6.30pm for a 7pm sit-down.
Hosted by our Executive Chef Nick Hodges and Head Chef Tim Pile, this tasting experience showcases the very best of Cornish produce. For £55 per person, indulge in a five-course tasting menu inspired by the region’s rich culinary heritage. Each dish reflects the freshness, character, and provenance of the season.
For an additional £20 per person, a wine flight has been carefully selected to complement each course, enhancing the flavours on the plate and adding depth to the dining experience. Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy insight and conversation, bringing the stories behind the food and wine to life.
