Rodda’s Dairy – Redruth

Recognised nationwide for their Cornish clotted cream, Rodda’s Dairy began with humble beginnings in the heart of Cornwall. In 1890, Eliza Jane Rodda began baking the famous Cornish delicacy in her farmhouse kitchen in Scorrier, near Redruth.

The cream is gently baked so it is silky, smooth and delicious, with a magical golden crust. Try it for yourself with our Cornish cream tea which includes two homemade scones, Rodda’s clotted cream, and strawberry jam. The question is, which will you put first – jam or cream?
