We look forward to welcoming you to our spa and leisure facilities. Please read through our terms and conditions to ensure you have a tranquil wellbeing experience during your visit.
TREATMENT BOOKINGS
All treatments are subject to availability, and we strongly recommend making bookings as far in advance as possible. Please note we do require a full pre-payment for all treatments to guarantee the reservation. Please let our spa team know in advance for any special requirements during your treatment. We are happy to advise on the choice of treatment best recommended for you. All treatments include a detailed verbal consultation prior to your treatment to ensure the best quality of care in a bespoke appointment for each guest. Please let your therapist know if you experience any discomfort during your treatment and if there are any areas you would like your therapist to focus on or avoid.
TREATMENT PRECAUTIONS
For your safety and peace of mind, we ask you to kindly fill out our online medical form prior to your treatment. These can also be filled out on the day of arrival if necessary. Please inform our spa team of any specific requirements for your visit which may include recent injury, skin conditions, pregnancy etc. Please be advised, regarding any medical contraindications, our team of qualified therapists have the right to deny a treatment should they feel it is unsafe to be carried out. Guests may be required to fill out a medical disclaimer form if necessary to ensure your safety during your visit. Please notify a member of the team regarding any topical allergies to ensure it is safe to carry out your treatment. Please note, there may be traces of allergens around our spa area due to our product ingredients.
For lash and brow tinting treatments, we require a patch test to be carried out at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time for all new guests, and then every following six months.
CANCELLATIONS
We ask that you make us aware of any cancellations or changes to your treatments at least 48 hours prior to your arrival to avoid any full payment charges. Cancellations or changes within this time frame or failure to show will result in a full payment charge being taken. We are happy to reschedule any appointment bookings at a maximum of two times outside of our 48-hour policy. A third time rescheduling will also result in a full payment charge.
TREATMENT ARRIVALS
We encourage you to arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment as a courtesy to other guests. Any late arrivals may result in a reduced appointment time. The full cost of your treatment will still be charged.
CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS
We welcome any children or young adults to our spa. We offer a range of selected treatments for ages 5 -18. Please refer to our treatment descriptions on our website for full details. Please note, all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and we have a minimum age requirement of 18 for all massage treatments.
TREATMENT MODESTY
Our team of highly qualified therapists are trained with your modesty in mind to discreetly lay towels to protect your privacy. We kindly ask that lower underwear must be worn at a minimum for all massage treatments. We can offer disposable underwear on request. Please feel free to communicate with your therapist if there are any doubts.
GRATUITIES AND FEEDBACK
We do not include gratuities in our treatment rates. If you are happy with the outcome of your treatment, please feel free to leave a gratuity at your discretion. Any positive feedback is always greatly appreciated.
PREGNANCY
We offer a luxury Bloom Mother-To-Be full body massage treatment which can be carried out during the second or third trimester by a member of our highly qualified team. We are happy to recommend any further treatment selections and urge you to respect our therapist’s advice for a treatment option best suited for you.
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
We strongly advise against excessive alcoholic consumption prior to your spa treatment or leisure use as a courtesy to other guests and our spa team. Please note, our spa team have the right to decline treatment or facility access if deemed necessary.
SPA RECEPTIONS AND BOOKINGS
Please note, we aim to respond to all spa bookings as soon as possible, however this may take up to 48 hours. As our spa and leisure reception does not have a designated receptionist, please contact our main hotel reception on 01326 312671 for any urgent enquiries. Alternatively, you can email our reception team directly on [email protected] or book through our online site at falmouthhotel.try.be.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Any gift vouchers redeemed for treatments must be presented with your unique voucher code in digital or paper form on the day of your arrival. We have a selected range of treatment and spa credit vouchers which can be purchased through our website thefalmouthhotel.try.be/vouchers. All vouchers must be redeemed in full on the day and are non-refundable and cannot be extended.
