WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN? CAN WE CHECK IN EARLY?
Check in from 3pm. You can request early check-in, but this is not guaranteed. If you arrive before 3pm and your room is not ready, you are welcome to store your luggage at reception and make use of our facilities in the meantime.
WHAT TIME IS CHECK OUT? CAN WE CHECK OUT LATE?
Please depart by 11am on your day of departure. You can pay for a late check out until 1pm. This is an additional cost of £25.
CAN I ADD EXTRA OCCUPANTS TO MY ROOM?
Yes, at an additional cost. Extra occupants in a room are an additional £30 each and children over 5 are an additional £20.
IS THE USE OF THE LEISURE FACILITIES INCLUDED IN THE COST OF OUR STAY?
Full use of all our leisure facilities is included throughout your stay. Please note that the Leisure Club is open daily from 6:30am to 9pm with last entry at 8pm, and children swim times are between 9am and 6pm. Adult-only swim sessions are from 6:30am-9am and 6pm-9pm.
If you wish to book any treatments in our spa, this is an additional cost. All hotel residents receive 20% discount on spa treatments during their stay. Must be prebooked. Please call 01326 312671 or click here to enquire about prices and availability.
ARE YOU DOG-FRIENDLY?
We are dog friendly. We have a limited amount of dog-friendly rooms which must be pre-reserved. Dogs are charged an additional £20 per dog, per night. Residents travelling with their canine companion are welcome to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in our 1865 Lounge.
IS THERE ONSITE PARKING?
Parking at The Falmouth Hotel is free for guests based on a first come, first served basis. Upon arrival, please register your car’s details on the tablet at reception. We also have parking on the street outside the hotel – road charges may apply. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and aim to minimise disruption. WHAT TIME IS BREAKFAST SERVED?
We serve continental and cooked breakfasts from 7am until 10am – Monday to Sunday. For non-residents, breakfast is £20 per adult and £12 per child (under threes are free).
DO YOU HAVE A GLUTEN FREE MENU?
We do not offer a specific gluten free menu, we use a variety of ingredients free from gluten for specific dishes, but we cannot guarantee these products remain gluten free due to the risk of cross contamination in the kitchens.
