ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Free on-site parking is available at the hotel. However, we do not accept responsibility for damage or theft of vehicles or their contents whilst parked on site. Bedrooms are not normally available until 3pm; however, an earlier arrival may be possible upon request and we welcome you to relax in our our Castle View lounge, bar and restaurant before check-in. Bedrooms should be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

RENOVATION WORK

We’re thrilled to announce that The Falmouth is back under local ownership after 20 years, as part of the Cornwall Hotel Collection. We’re embarking on a renovation project to restore this iconic hotel to its former glory. While intermittent renovation work will take place in the Bar Lounge from January onwards, our restaurant, Castle View, the Terrace bar, and the Camellia room will remain open. Scaffolding will be on site until May 2025, and our car park and driveway will undergo resurfacing from January to March 2025. CANCELLATIONS

Guests are encouraged to consider an independent holiday insurance scheme. All cancellations should be received by the hotel in writing. Cancellations are free of charge up to seven days prior the arrival. If cancelled or modified later, the total price will be charged. In case of no show, the total price will be charged. For individual offers, please review terms & conditions and cancellation policy on specific offer pages (in particular our ‘Advance Purchase’ offer, which is non-refundable).

PAYMENT

Automatic payment is taken seven days before your stay from the card you have provided upon booking. Any cancelation made after this time are non-refundable. If you wish to use an alternative card, please contact us prior to your arrival.

Accounts are to be settled upon departure for any additional items taken during your stay. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. The hotel reserves the right to ask for alternative payment or further identification.

DOGS

We welcome well behaved dogs to the hotel and have a number of dog friendly bedrooms which must be pre-reserved. Dogs are charged an additional £20 per dog, per night. Please note that dogs are only allowed in our Terrace bar area, and only between 12pm and 5:30pm. Residents travelling with their canine companion, are welcome to enjoy breakfast in the Castle View restaurant.

ACCESSIBILITY

At The Falmouth Hotel, we do all that we can to cater for the individual needs of our guests. Our staff provide every possible assistance. There is disabled parking outside the front of the hotel and moveable ramps for wheelchair access.

All of our rooms are located on the first, second, third and fourth floor, with lift access close to our reception area. Our Castle View lounge, bar and restaurant is located on the ground floor. Our spa and leisure club facilities can be found on the lower ground floor, accessed by the lift.

There is a full wheelchair user / disabled toilet on the ground floor.
