Gym & Swim

Indoor, heated, and 12 metres in length, head downstairs to our very own blue lagoon. If you don’t fancy braving the Cornish waters just outside, our swimming pool is the perfect place to come for your dose of H2O therapy. Whether you’re training for a race, having a post-workout cooldown, or simply want to float around and hangout poolside with friends, the pool is open everyday from 7am-9pm. 

Non resident prices:

Adult day pass £7 (age 18+)

Child day pass £4.50 (age 4-17)

Children 3 and under go free

Please note: our pool does not have a lifeguard on duty, and adult supervision is mandatory at all times. We also have a sauna area.
